  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil;
  • 0,5 tsp citric acid-FFF
  • 1 tsp. salt.
  • In a frying pan heat the oil and first put the chopped onion. Fry over high heat about three minutes, stirring occasionally. After three minutes, pour into the pan the grated carrots and stir, continue to fry on high heat for three minutes. Next put in the pan chopped peppers and fry for another three to four minutes, stirring continuously. After 4 minutes, add vegetables to the pumpkin cubes, stir and reduce the heat to medium. While pumpkin with vegetables stir-fried in a glass of water diluted with citric acid, whereupon the solution is poured into the pan. The vegetables in the pan sprinkle with salt, stir, cover and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, add the greens, stir and switch off. Garlic passed through the press, add in the steamed pumpkin when serving.

    5. Jam pumpkin

    Jam with pumpkin — delicious dessert. For its preparation you will need:

  • 1 pumpkin medium size;
  • sugar;
  • citric acid.

Cooked pumpkin puree, add mixed with baking powder and sifted flour, sugar, salt, beat the egg and knead homogeneous batter resembling thick cream in consistency. You can start baking.

  • ¼ Cup milk;
